How to Initiate a Return

• Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Shipping Instructions:
• A return shipping label will be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
• Pack the product securely and include your order number inside the package.
3. Inspection & Processing:
• Once received, returns are inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
