2. Shipping Instructions:

A return shipping label will be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Pack the product securely and include your order number inside the package.

3. Inspection & Processing:

Once received, returns are inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
