My wife and I (-155 lbs) love these CBD’s; nice strength; we usually, about 1/2 hr before bed , use to wind down; usually 1/2 gummy is good! And sometimes add 1 (not2) melatonin Sleep Olly gummy (1.1/2mg ea) with this CBD.
