McKenzie Flinchum brings both science and strength to the table. A former level 9 gymnast with over 15 years of training, she later found her stride in CrossFit—climbing from 26th at Regionals in 2017 to qualifying for the CrossFit Games in 2019. As the founder of Flexible Dietetics, McKenzie blends her background in nutrition and performance to help others fuel their bodies and reach their goals with balance, intention, and strength.
