McKenzie Flinchum

McKenzie is a registered dietitian and personal trainer. She owns her own business, Flexible Dietetics. Before becoming a CrossFit Games athlete, Mckenzie was a competitive level 9 gymnast, training for more than 15 years. She first started doing CrossFit three and a half years ago, taking 26th at Regionals in 2017, 6th in 2018 and then qualifying for the Games in 2019.
