Is this real
After using the pure CBD isolate for a number of weeks a few times a day I don’t think it does anything. I do not feel calmer. I do not have less anxiety. I don’t feel a thing from it.. after doing some more research I find that there are no clinical studies of any scientific value that show that CBD does anything for anxiety. The studies were poorly done and they conflict. Many more clinical trials that meet scientific standards need to be done before we know if CBD is effective or not but as it stands, I would say it did not do a thing for me.
