Been taking this for about a month now a few days a week. I recognize the benefits with consistent use (daily). Overall I feel a sense of calm in my body. I use this and the salve and together they are a great pair! I recognize the salve is faster acting but the oil is longer lasting. I recommend trying this product if you have some "body fog" or lingering minor discomforts in joints and muscles. Good stuff!

I am 40 years old and have been dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis for two years now.
